Once you successfully register as a user, you will obtain a valid and legal Catparty & Catplanet account. Catparty & Catplanet shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from (but not limited to): improper use of various products of Catparty & Catplanet, products, illegal operations by users, use of all services of Catparty & Catplanet, failure of users to comply with instructions, operation guidelines, customer service guidance, etc., resulting in direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Since the browsing and posting services of Catparty & Catplanet APP are free, the user's actions are deemed to be voluntary and proactive, and do not require the consent of Catparty & Catplanet. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless all members of Catparty & Catplanet, and be responsible for paying legal fees arising from the user's use beyond the scope of services, damages caused by violating the service terms, and recovery fees for others' use of the user's mobile phone/computer, account, and other intellectual property rights.
Users or Catparty & Catplanet may terminate the services at any time based on actual circumstances. Catparty & Catplanet may terminate the services at any time without being liable to any individual or third party. If users object to any proposed service terms, disagree with subsequent term revisions, or are dissatisfied with Catparty & Catplanet's services, users only have the following remedies:

Users warrant and represent that they have complete and legal copyright to the works they provide, and warrant that Catparty & Catplanet's use of the works does not violate national laws and regulations, nor infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or assume any obligations. Users shall bear full responsibility for all consequences caused by the imperfection or illegality of the form, content, and authorization of the works they provide. Users agree that Catparty & Catplanet shall have the free, permanent, irrevocable, exclusive, and complete right to use and sublicense the works they upload worldwide. Such license and sublicense rights include but are not limited to the copyright, neighboring rights, and profit-making rights of the works. Catparty & Catplanet reserves the right to monitor all content on its website in real time and has the right to delete any works that violate this Agreement at its own discretion. Catparty & Catplanet shall not be liable for any consequences or losses caused to users by the deletion of their works. If the user's works are illegal or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, causing Catparty & Catplanet or its affiliated companies to bear any type of compensation, indemnity, or fine to the third party and suffer losses (direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential losses), the user shall bear full compensation responsibility for the above losses suffered by Catparty & Catplanet or its affiliated companies.
Users undertake to post remarks that are patriotic, law-abiding, self-disciplined, true, and civilized. They shall not transmit any illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, national security-endangering, state secret-leaking, national religious policy-undermining, ethnic unity-destroying, or other content that violates laws, regulations, and policies. If a user's behavior does not comply with the above service terms, Catparty & Catplanet will make an independent judgment and immediately cancel the user's service account. Users shall bear legal responsibility for their online behavior.
(1) The definition of content includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, graphics; all content in advertisements; all content in emails; commercial information provided by Catparty & Catplanet Pet Virtual Community Service to users. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, label, and other property ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use such content with the authorization of Catparty & Catplanet and advertisers, and shall not copy, recreate such content, or create derivative works related to the content without permission.
(2) The text, images, and videos posted by users on Catparty & Catplanet must be original works. On the premise of protecting users' intellectual property rights, Catparty & Catplanet has the right to use and repost them free of charge and reasonably, that is, with the author indicated, the relevant works can be posted on third-party platforms such as Weibo, WeChat public accounts (mini-programs), Douyin, Kuaishou, and Xiaohongshu.
If the works posted by users are not original and cause infringement of others' rights, the user shall bear full compensation responsibility.
Users and Catparty & Catplanet agree that any disputes arising from this Agreement and the use of Catparty & Catplanet's services shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Catparty & Catplanet is located for settlement. If any service terms conflict with the law for any reason, whether in whole or in part, such terms shall be reinterpreted as closely as possible, and other terms shall remain legally binding on users.
Catparty & Catplanet will make every effort to maintain the security (irreversible encrypted storage) and convenience of all services on Catparty & Catplanet APP and the website, but shall not be liable for any information deletion or storage failure occurring in the services. In addition, we reserve the right to determine whether a user's behavior complies with the requirements of Catparty & Catplanet's service terms. If a user violates the pass service terms, their account usage rights will be suspended.
